Since herpes does not discriminate and neither do we, we are a very diverse group of people of all ages. We're especially welcoming to folks who are new to this situation and new to "the club". We’ll make sure to introduce you to other friendly people and make you feel at home. We welcome anybody living with herpes in the beautiful San Joaquin Valley to join us. There are no fees involved in becoming a member and everyone who plans an event is volunteering their own time and effort.

There are a number of small groups in various counties throughout The San Joaquin Valley who like to get together regularly for: Ball Games, Beach Parties, Bike Rides, Bowling, Brunch, BBQs, Camping, Comedy Shows, Concerts, Dancing, Darts, Dinner, Happy Hour, Hiking, Motorcycle Rides, Movies, Museum Visits, Nightclub Trips, Parties, Picnics, Pool, Skating, Ski Trips, Snowboarding, Speed Dating, Sporting Events, Surfing, Wine Tasting, etc.

Upcoming events in Central California are listed below. If we haven't had an event in your area in a while, please organize something! Or, if there is something you would especially like to do (i.e. go salsa dancing, hiking, attending an art opening or jazz festival, going on a bike ride, having brunch, bringing your kids to see a movie matinee, etc.) - please go right ahead and organize that kind of event so that you can meet other people who would like to do the same thing! If you'd like to see more events in your area, or more events that reflect your interests, please plan something! If you've got an idea, a hobby, or something fun you think other people (because we're just like everyone else) would like to do, please contact us and we'll add it to the calendar of events and notify those folks on the mailing list about your event. Sometimes the larger groups have events in our neck of the woods!

There are a number of large groups in other parts of California, Valley residents often carpool to out of town events - sharing gas, meals, hotel costs, etc. It's not so scary to attend a large event when you go with a few local friends. Some Upcoming Events are listed below.
